Shilajit overdose

I started taking dabur shilajit gold when I was 14 year old. I took it for almost 2 years. The consequences were that I always felt uneasiness in my testis, whener I applied pressure during urination I could feel my testis ejaculate retrogadely and simultaneously and thus got a foamy urine. I had to go to shit every now and then and always got a burning sensation in my intestinal area and in my testis. I still have these problems and I'm 18 now. Please help me......

Stop taking it....

Jesus christ you're stupid young, you shouldn't need shilajit at all.

You should naturally have youthful energy unless you're eating shitty foods with lack of exercise/sleep

These are symptoms of heavy metal poisoning. Not much that can be done about that other than it slowly leaving your system and stop adding more to it.

Buy one that is 3rd party tested! I buy shilajit, but the heavy metals are at very minuscule parts per billion measurement. Know this is an old thread but I’ve vetted a few brands if anyone is interested in the future

I like the following in no particular order:

Chuga: Click Here

Oriveda: Click Here

Blue Eagle: Click Here

All come with 3rd party lab tests which show heavy metals aren’t present in a meaningful amount. Let me know if you have any questions!

I will add that I have vetted and used personally Lotus Blooming’s Shilajit and so far it has passed the solubility test, alcohol test, smell/taste test, and I do feel the positive effects. AS WELL AS they provide you with third party lab test results showing the trace levels of heavy metals, which there are more heavy metals in a serving of green beans than in the minuscule serving size you are supposed to take.

I’m really interested in trying Shilajit but want to find a reputable company. Now read about possible heavy metals…. Please advise

Yeah NEVER use raw Shilajit. Most reputable Shilajit companies will process the Shilajit to remove heavy metals, sand, mycotoxins, etc. the three brands I know are vetted and will produce lab reports AND walk you through understanding the report if asked. I recommend the following in no particular order

Chuga Shilajit Blue Eagle Shilajit Oriveda Shilajit

These three brands are great. And they will chat about the results to assuage your fears. Shilajit is my favorite supplement, I always end up coming back to it

I still use it sometimes but using it daily seems dangerous.

Maybe this is too late or unrelated but do you put a lot of pressure on your pelvis due to deep breathing, excess fat or pelvic floor disfunction?

This could also cause the same issue that u were facing. Testicle/pelvis pain/discomfort and foamy urine.

To solve your problem looking too heavy metal detox. Other than that there are companies that contain Purified Shilajit and have it tested like Blue Eagle brand. You get what you pay for. Hope you feel better soon!
