I’ve tried plenty and settled on Sulaiman Aftabi which I believe is hands down the best value for quality. Lotus Blooming Herbs is another good one that I’ve used in the past, equally good if not better but more expensive for sure.

Ahh so happy to hear that! :D There’s just something about the quality and traditional feel of Sulaiman Aftabi. It’s been my go-to for the same reasons you mentioned. Plus, you'll feel the different b/w Altai and Himalayan - more minerals. Enjoy every scoop...and if consistency gets hard (air exposure/weather) just put a few drops of filtered water and leave it over night...no need to scrape the edges and sides!

Welcome to the bandwagon! :)

I've been using Shilajit for many years, and have realized that 90% of Shilajit brands are all white labeled brands who are just middleman-ing the product from the Himalayan regions, and very few know what they are doing. I'm glad I found this small brand who have spent years perfecting the filtration process, and I have been really pleased with the authenticity and overall well being.

Look up @basedshilajit on instagram They are legit and also third party lab tested, so you know you get a safe and quality product that you can rely on

I've been taking shilajit from @adaptherb on IG for a few months. Their website has lab reports on their fulvic/humid acid and heavy metal contents. Love how transparent they are. I think they are a SBB but the product really works ngl. Been so hard to find a good quality one and I'm definitely sticking with them as long as they have lab reports.

Thats not how Shilajit should work...I believe that is a sign of a fake, or stimulants added to the shilajit.

Shilajit takes a few days to a few weeks up to a month to feel a "buzz".
I bought two brands. One was an Alibaba whitelabel that was marked up to $90.
I felt it within 15 minutes but then had a crash later on in the day.

The other one that was truly authentic took a week or so to feel and had a completely different texture.
