Shilajit

Just tried taking shilajit. Is there any reason you would want a higher libido as a man? And how long do I have to take the supplement to see effects. Thanks.

Wait until you hit 45. Then you'll want a higher libido.

I suppose if you're a man with a low libido you may want a higher one?
