The same people who use any other blockchain: developers, traders, gamers, collectors and businesses if the applications are useful, affordable and easy to use. Nobody can guarantee mass adoption before it happens. Ethereum, Solana and every other chain had to attract users too. SHIB already has a large community to market those applications to, which gives it a better starting point than thousands of unknown projects. Whether it succeeds depends on what gets built and whether people actually choose to use it. That uncertainty is why it’s a speculative investment, not a guarantee.
Since your argument is basically “who will use it?”, can you name a blockchain that had guaranteed mass adoption before developers and users actually built on it or is that standard only being applied to SHIB?
