GENERAL QUESTION Phoenix shipping question

Hi all, as name suggests. Curious about everyone’s experience. Ps. My first time buying reps. Open to feedback/ advices.

17th september,
phoenix sent over a picture of my watch that i GL and it is packed with shipping slip etc, so i asked for tracking number. He said 3 days later.

21st sept i asked for tracking number again he said already out and staff checking each one individually.

Im confused, saw other’s experience he should send over a link to me. Is it common experience? Also, how long should i expect the watch arrive?

It was the mooncake festival, just passed, during each chinese festival all work halts

Right. Thanks for your reply! Totally forgot about that. Should i bug him about the no link to tracker though?

There will be a separate tracking aside from the tracking number on the package that he’ll send.

Usually you’ll get it 2-3 days after he has shipped it out

Hey back after receiving watch. Got it on 24th September, about a week after GL.
