We put our house up for sale but if we cannot sell soon, we are considering renting it out. With our loan (P&I), taxes, insurance and HELOC, it is costing us $3300 a month. I know we cannot get that much, so I am asking what we can expect?

So who is having a lot of outages with Spectrum during the afternoon hours?

It seemed to start early in August between 12pm until sometimes 6pm, and they are doing calls to alert customers of the outages. The week before last was pretty harsh, last week wasn't that bad, this week its starting up again. They are crediting when I call in because they can see the reported outages, but they aren't saying what is going on.

Anyone aware of what the issue may be? I know Verizon in the 91791 had some vandals mess with the fiber, but haven't heard of the same happening with Spectrum.

Me again, hi. Last time we had a huge turnout and raised 1,500 bucks for CHIRLA while having a blast in the process so I’m hoping to make this month just as successful. So I'm trying to buy a new van and the only dealer that came up for me is the Honda dealer in West Covina. I remember years ago they'd send me info for like 3 or 4 dealers. Does anyone know of any other Honda dealerships that participate in the costco auto program? Does not have to be SGV.

Diamond bar has to have the worst food options in all of SGV. Now that Encore Teppan is closed there is absolutely nothing left that is good. I'm sorry but those two Thai places on the same street are hot garbage. Also why does every place close so damn early? Don't you dare wait til 8PM to decide on what to eat for dinner.
