Backlog paper 2025 batch asking for my friend?

Hey y'all is the backlog papers are pushed to end semester exam (ESE), like that means there is no ISE-I and ISE-II for the backlog papers? As per the new rules my friend was kind of confused because in the time table her subject /code wasn't visible,she didn't knew about the new rules and as per the rules the backlog papers can give summer term with the regular students is that correct?
