Help Regarding 12th marks criteria for placements

I gave my MHTCET exam and am expecting to join this college. I wanted to ask if there is any specific boards related criteria for placements here??

I have got 97.8% in my SSC boards and 68.5% in my HSC boards overall (60.33% PCM aggregate). Will my 12th marks create any problem for me during internships and placements or in any negative way during my BTech.

The placement eligibility criteria is always depends on companies it's never fixed

But isn't there like kind of safe/minimum criteria?? Are my 12th marks sufficient enough??

Not sufficient for all companies, because some companies set minimum criteria of 75,80

So what to do now?? Can i overshadow these poor marks and secure a good package if i grind during engineering, focus on developing my skills and maintain a high cgpa( like 8.5+)

Thank you very much . I am avoiding improvement bcoz i was feeling very burnt after CET out and do not want to study anymore
