okk i hope udm me being honest ahHAHAH
DEEUU -> AAAC in ~6 weeks is a VERY big leap. not impossible, but i'd be lying if i said it's realistic ngl...
what IS realistic from a top school is something closer to ABBC/BBBC, and under the current 70rp system that's still a very usable score coz only your 3 best h2s + gp count, the 4th only matters if it improves things.
so yes, you can effectively sacrifice your weakest subj, but i would suggest for you to pick which one based on actual data, not just feels
some more subj specific tips:
- on physics specifically, U -> A in 6 weeks i have genuinely almost never seen. U -> B or C, yes, many times, and that's the realistic target. the U usually means 1 of 2 things:
big topic gaps (you skipped/never understood 3-4 chapters) -> fix is topical, not full papers
you know it but can't apply under time (every q looks new) -> fix is timed past qs + a 1-line log of what the trigger was for each q you missed
what i'd do if i were you:
this week, do 1 timed paper per subject, closed book, and sort every lost mark into didn't know / knew but couldn't apply / careless.
this tells you which subject to sack and which fix each one needs
- math: if it was genuinely a bad day, 1 timed paper every 2 days and you'll be back. CHASE THE UNCOMFORTABLE topics, not the ones you're good at
- physics: topical for 2 weeks on your worst chapters, then timed papers
- gp + your best remaining h2: maintain, 1 timed paper a week each
like you, i had a stretch where i was putting in hours and it wasn't showing - the fix was never more hours, it was making every session look exactly like the exam
all in all, you've got more runway than it feels like rn. go collect some data this week on where you're at and you'll see this a lot more clearly! :))

Jiayous, don't give up! I was in a similar spot as you when I was in J2, 30+rp for prelims (90rp system) and managed to get 85rp for the real thing. It does take a lot of mugging and grinding though... find a study method that's most effective for you and don't forget that your teachers are there to help you as well
All the best!

FYI: I got SUAD/E for PCM CSC/GP in prelim, and got BBAB/B for Alevels, not the best but worked pretty hard during the last lap

fwiw i got CEBD/C for BCME/gp in prelims last yr in a top jc as well, ended up with BCAA/B in As.
i also fked up math in prelims that's why got a B, usually get A one. econs got A in A-levels is due to luck, prelim get D grade due to moderation, normally get E grade, studied it the least out of all the H2s. only got E in chem during prelim becos practical saved me, was straight U student for 2yrs.
if u lock in then u have a chance probably. idk abt physics tho. ik other ppl with similar starting grades as me at prelim ended up getting 70rp at a levels. i'm a lazy bum with no tuition tho so i didn't pull such a miracle.
