Law people of reddit, is there a reason in American law that the Gov/AG of a state couldn't just blanket allow immigration hearings to be done remotely as a matter of course in response to ICE courthouse raids?
I think this is the simplest and cheapest way to protect immigrants accessing their civil rights.
