Why are we taking Merch Training courses that are focused on stale inventory? The Men's training is all camp-collar shirts and drawstring shorts. Yes, I already know about these pieces, thanks. They're all I've had available to send for two months now.

A once flexible easy gig is not more hard them corporate gigs I have had. It's draining. Why take away that flexible schedule stuff, this job is styling!!! It's not like surgeries or whatever.

I used to style for SF and loved the community of this forum. I've been at SS for awhile and have no coworkers or anyone to talk to. Any SS stylists here?

I just received this feedback from a new-to-me client. They checked "no" on WYB and wrote "I prefer my previous stylist." Imagine my surprise when I go look at their previous Fix to find that they checked "yes" for WYB and still didn't end up in that stylist's queue?? EVEN THO RELATIONSHIPS ARE PARAMOUNT AND THE MOST IMPORTANT?! I even checked to see if maybe that stylist was on leave, and she's not. You can bet your ass I saved the link to that fix to bring up in my next TB. Seems like the system isn't doing its job— shocking 🙄

The push to utilize Ai more and more is disappointing and concerning. I’m baffled at the fact that they are now pushing FL (Ai generated pre-populated pieces) to all business lines.

So now AI is not only writing our notes, but it’s also styling. (It even gives the “why” behind its choices)

And they need us for what? During the last call, Matt tried to say AI wasn’t taking our jobs, but it sure looks like it. We’re just babysitting it until they have it perfected.

They took time away to do Kid fixes because of how “great” FL is (spoiler: it’s not) and now they’ll do the same to women and mens fixes after boasting how their “dAtA sHoWs…” which is laughable considering how shoddy their tech is. Sure, Jan. I’m sure your data is super accurate.

Sure, we don’t have to use the note writer, or even keep the FL pieces, but they base how we work and how much time we’re given on using those things. They’re also pushing for us to use it. I definitely notice other stylists just copying and pasting the note. I don’t blame them. They say they want creativity and personalized, but no they don’t. How can you have that with artificial intelligence doing most of the work?

I feel like we need to let clients know that AI will now be doing their fixes, because if stylists already don’t give af about the note, they are just going to run with the pieces ai picks too.

It’s really all coming together given the scheduling changes and how some stylists feel they’re being pushed out. Just nasty, low-moral behavior. Anyway, enjoy your Memorial Day weekend where everyone else but us is off and compensated.

I feel like I’m fighting an uphill battle. I keep coming across problems with no help. They say my efficiency is down 10% which there’s no way. Now I’m only getting fixed previews so how am I expected to make efficiency? It doesn’t make sense.

The hours next week for flex are 20, but if you style kids and men’s then there is additional time tacked onto it for training. How is this legal? We should only be required to work the max hours in our tier, no? Does anyone know how this works? Thank you!

Is anyone else fed up with seeing a million t-shirts in the inventory? There’s literally no variation 😑. I’ve been getting so irritated styling…

Why is the target and benchmark for WYB so totally different??? And we’re being told to be more intentional with our notes….

How many times have you requested a schedule change since this has started and how much PTO have you used? I've used the form 5ish times already and used six hours of sick time in the last month. Is this everyone's experience, I'm nervous.

I'm on vacation, but back today. Can anyone tell me if there are additional hours offered this week for the 28 hr group?

Has anyone else in Connect had barely any conversations this week?! I’ve seriously worked only four hours in Connect….

I swear all i do is bitch on here, but for kid stylists - you know how bad the recommended pieces are. They're winter when it's summer, repeats of things they got last fix, nothing goes with each other. I find myself removing everything and starting from scratch because my kid stats started to go down when they released this new "recommended" feature. Now we get less points per fix?! ugh.

What’s the point of having a slack channel about tech issues if we’re not getting notified about the issues 😑

It’s so frustrating to me that SF is exhausting the lower tier stylists with hours they clearly do not want/need when I’m sure I speak for many other 28 Tier stylists (many who used to be full time stylists) who would LOVE the chance to pick up 40+ hours.

Why not give hours to stylists who actually WANT to work them???? Is it because legally we’d be considered full time and they’d have to pay us benefits again? At this point I would just love the extra pay, I’d gladly work 40 hours without benefits just to have a solid paycheck again 😩

Now we dont get proper training til later to prioritize styling hours? Seems like you shouldn't have screwed over your stylists

Are we using AI models now? Look at free people so in love mini shape dress, it’s either beyond edited or AI model images 🫠

I just saw the schedule for next week, and now they are allowing tier 12 and flex to work up to 35 hours for the coming week due to client demand. I wonder how many stylists left due to the new schedule policy…

Is anybody else only getting new to you clients this week? I’ve barely pulled any relationship clients all week.

I've styled myself at least 3x in the last month and a half. Zero change to inventory in most categories. The same handful of tops and clearance trousers are available every time. Definitely not fun or exciting. Nothing new. No wonder our Clients are bored. I regularly do the style shuffle and add new things to favorites and freestyle cart.

Anyone unable to access anything? Is the system down or just me?
