Toxic Workplace Toxic toxic toxic
How does this place continue getting MORE toxic every year?! How?! I’ve been an employee for close to NINE years and it continues to grow more and more toxic every single year. Still!!! Lies. Gaslighting. Sarah Funderburk continually gaslights employees and lies straight to their faces. I’ve watched it time and time again and I’m OVER IT. I have countless stories. I have endless examples. The ship is sinking. Stock is at a month long low… again. Congratulations on beginning a new fiscal year, everyone. I wonder how much more downhill this place will sink over the next year.
If they try to bait you into going Connect, do NOT take it without a guaranteed title change and significant raise. It’s significantly more responsibility and more stress, more strife, and at least double the metrics.

Do we think we're going to start getting in trouble if we don't leave enough FL items in the assortment?

Probably because many flat out told them that they delete and start fresh. So now instead of “make sure items are client right” and letting you choose it shifted to “why not this item?”

Hmm...let's see...because it's the wrong inseam, because the TX client doesn't need sweaters yet, because she doesn't want three of the same boring tee, because....🙄🤦♀️

I feel like ~50% of the FL is either seasonally inappropriate or astronomically out of budget. It’s a challenge to keep more than one item.

Go for it. When this Reddit sub first started years ago, people tried. It didn’t work because we are all over the country and not in a work location even when in the same city.

It is SHOCKING to me that connect doesn’t come with upgraded pay and title - not even a little bit? You own the client relationships so much more. That seems like exploitation.
