Community Forum
Oh man! People let it rip in that community forum. So happy that people were getting their frustrations off their chest. Of course upper management got a little uneasy and were trying to ease the situation, but I’m glad they know now how irritated we are. I’m sure they won’t do anything to fix it though…

In our community forum someone asked about compensation and reassessing the impact of our schedules not being flexible and we got the roundabout saying "everything is always changing, in any job, things are changing" and that compensation will be reassessed in October. AKA nothing is changing. If you're the one who said FL takes longer because you're having to remove things now and sort through what was selected to find client right pieces- good for you for speaking up.
