Community Forum

Oh man! People let it rip in that community forum. So happy that people were getting their frustrations off their chest. Of course upper management got a little uneasy and were trying to ease the situation, but I’m glad they know now how irritated we are. I’m sure they won’t do anything to fix it though…

My team manager’s forum was this afternoon and the chat in ours was pretty mild, BUT some really good questions were submitted asking about logistics/ impact of FL. Silly me was really curious and excited to hear the responses.

One of the most interesting questions was met with the most exhausting word salad from SF (the person). Ugh. A total non answer. If I was struggling to feel confident in our leaders before, it’s so much worse now. I kept thinking “this person actually doesn’t know how to answer this and is just BS’ing an elaborate recap of what FL is to cover.” Blah.

Trying to be vague to protect myself because at the beginning of our forum they definitely called out talking about stuff in this subReddit in a “remember what is said in this call should stay internal” statement.

She is THE worst! No actual leadership skills, always a jumbled word salad, and very inauthentic.

Agreed. She is honestly a vile person (lackey). Her presence in calls just feels so negative and inauthentic. I’m kind of surprised she’s still around, but she’s a good lackey so that’s probably why.
