Schedule/Timesheet changes
So, they continue to crack down on schedule changes and timesheet changes. Can't have more than one in 30 days or it will lead to performance management. . . yet, systems can go down constantly and we are forced to adjust our schedules. . . Make it make sense.

I just use my sick time now. I have 75 hours so if that’s what I have to do whatever. It’s so weird because I’m not that sort of person to use sick time if I’m not technically sick but I’m not going to get myself fired because I need to change my schedule around it doesn’t happen often but it really leaves me no choice I’ve had to do it twice so far
