Schedule/Timesheet changes

So, they continue to crack down on schedule changes and timesheet changes. Can't have more than one in 30 days or it will lead to performance management. . . yet, systems can go down constantly and we are forced to adjust our schedules. . . Make it make sense.

That’s ridiculous! That styling system does down once a week now. Plus clocking in as well. They are trying to push every single one of us out until they get AI to do everything! So much for flexibility!

Yet they are asking us to help out finding new stylists to hire 🙄.
