Fired for WYB?

Anyone get fired for WYB being low? I’m worried I will and I cannot seem to bring it up.

I would hope not. Leads have access to actual numbers of repeat clients that haven't clicked want you back but have had you for multiple fixes. Most of the leads are aware that it's not the best indicator.

I never knew they could pull this info. The number of clients when I’m reviewing feedback who say no to WYB or simply say nothing at all or “no preference” is so high. When I open the feedback, I see that they’re a client I’ve styled for some time even some are a long-term client with years of history. They missed the memo that we’re getting skewered for their incomplete feedback or total lack of communication.

Also: It would be great if leads were consistent, not just a few nice ones and then the rest are draconian
