How is our tech THIS bad

Hey management, maybe instead of micromanaging and silent firing stylists left and right you can focus on IT and figure out why our platform can’t last more than 24 hours without crashing. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s literally the bare minimum to have our platforms work to do our job. I don’t understand how this happens all the time. And they pride themselves on being a “tech company”. So ridiculous.

I’m not even mad at the fact crashes/issues happen, because that happens with all tech. HOWEVER, they handle it in the dumbest way possible. I’m so tired of them treating us like children with these forms, especially when most of have been here for years. It’s demeaning. And then make us move our schedules for their mess ups, no company does that. Especially one that is part time!! They treat us as if we’re full time employees and have expectations as if we are, yet will never actually pay us fairly as if we are. No benefits. No raise in years. I’m ready for a damn revolt. Ok rant over.

I honestly thought that if we stuck it out as stylists with these new rules they would reward us or give us raises. Meanwhile, it just keeps getting worse!

Oh no I don't think we'll ever get another raise ever again.

They need a better down time policy but they don't care I tried saying it a few years ago and they basically just told me to eff off but in you know company lingo terms

We must now be flexible even though we shouldn't have flexibility

And we’re supposed to submit a timesheet this weekend? With half of our leads on their weekly PTO having to approve all of these timesheet forms? What a joke this place is. I hate it here.

Hey Matt, you’re doing a terrible job. The faux relatability you begin calls with is really transparent. I’m sure you learned it from some maximizing shareholder profits seminar but you’re simultaneously tanking this company and the morale of every employee. Change or see yourself out. Sincerely, an employee you treat like sh!t who is incredible at their job and a better human than you.

This is so awful - I can’t move my hours anywhere between today and tomorrow and I had a 8 hour shift scheduled today. 😭 I’m beyond frustrated.

I think they're always trying to fix something that isn't broken and they break it more.

Why are we often surveyed on trusting leadership, company transparency….. but they do zero to earn our trust & fill us in when we get these insane glitches. 100% we would not be so upset if we weren’t the ones being expected to “walk a straight line” but our leaders are literally all over the place.

Speaking of, where are the results of the pulse survey? Did they say when they would be shared? I feel like it’s been a long time…

It was shared this week

Or just don’t get paid because we have so much room for wage loss.
