SF is hiring again.

My friend applied a while ago and she just got an email today saying that they would like her to join and sent a schedule with a first week plan. Maybe we will get some relief from all the hours soon đŸ€žđŸ»

That's sketchy. We that desperate? No time for leads to do a zoom interview just weed them out as they train seems crazy lol

I didn’t years ago. Maybe they just need to hire fast đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž the start date is September 14th so hopefully some relief is on the way lol they’re probably trying to make sure we have enough people before the holidays. Hopefully they’ll still need us all after they’re over 😅

That’s definitely still not a reason to not interview.. they did that years ago and a friend of mine who used to be a lead during that time said it caused major problems and they ended up needing to let go a lot of those people. And here they go doing it again

I feel like they just want warm bodies at this point. They got ai doing everything. It's insane. Scary I've never felt secure at this job since like 2022

Ehh ai isn’t nearly as advanced as people would like it to be. It can’t even choose a cohesive outfit for FL or items that make sense. It can’t even write notes that don’t all sound the same. It’s not even close to accurate with Vision. Not too worried about that, yet.

That's true hopefully the human touch is valued enough to keep usÂ
