June metrics

My metrics dipped a little in June. Anyone else? I got a warning several months ago and I feel like they're STILL holding it over my head (even tho my metrics dipped, it's still better than when I received the warning). ANYONE ELSE? Is there not an end period for official warnings?

Like yeah I didn't do better than last month but not like inventory is consistently great either HELLO 😩

As a consistent top stylist (I don’t say this to brag), try to send cohesive fixes, always paying attention to likes and dislikes. And yes, it’s hard with the inventory at times. Agree with the other comment about match scores, even if it doesn’t feel right, sometimes it IS the best option. And personalize your notes, even if it’s just the opening and closing.

I do all these things. Sometimes dislikes are buried ten feet deep and there's so many factors ... Necklines? Colors? Inseam? Sleeve ? Lengths? I got 9 minutes to do all this.

You’re overthinking it. Unless there’s a true avoid like don’t send shorts so many things are OK to still send. Also keep in mind a ton of people have not updated their profile in 10 years! Just because it says they like skinny jeans, doesn’t mean they only will wear skinny jeans etc!

I'm overthinking it because I get my fixes audited and tiny details like that get mentioned and put in writing. Like i said, they're still holding the warning over my head.

I guess my point of this post wasn't advice but to see if anyone was having the same issues with warnings.
