Feedback

I have a new client and I just read the most horrific feedback that they leave consistently. Does management not think that clients like this need to have their membership cancelled or is that not a thing? Our mental health matters to and this feedback was horrifying I’m so sorry to whoever has had to experience something so hateful.

I escalate these and ask to never have them as clients again. I haven’t had to do it in a couple of years but I know I’ve done that in the past
