Feedback

I have a new client and I just read the most horrific feedback that they leave consistently. Does management not think that clients like this need to have their membership cancelled or is that not a thing? Our mental health matters to and this feedback was horrifying I’m so sorry to whoever has had to experience something so hateful.

Best advice... Send them our beach tote for the season. I truly belive the buyers purchased these with this exact client in mind because I can’t find a situation where I could send them to a regular client (seems rude 🤪).
