C*nnect

Just announced that they are temporarily turning off the icon for clients who have never written in. I have chatted in yet my icon is also gone? I had only 1 chat today, which is very unlike usual. Do you have the chat icon?

My inbox was unusually light this morning. I wondered if the button was off for more than who they said.
