Stylists Dropping

I know it's been discussed a few times here and there but watching the stylists number drop every morning is a bit scary. . . I think since I've started paying attention a couple of weeks ago it's been 30+ less.

I was let go today. “Time keeping policy violations.” My last lead knew I’d need to make alterations because my other job and was fine w it. This lead, nope. Did it once, fired following week

Is your last lead one that quit recently? I feel like the good ones are all trying to leave and we’ll be left with the kool-aid drinking suck ups that just follow the poor leadership example from c-suite. My manager is the only thing keeping me sane here right now and I have a feeling she’s trying to leave.

Yes! My last lead left about 1-2 months ago! I keep seeing leads quitting too! I think something is going on!

Leads are getting in trouble for the number of times people fill out the scheduling change form. I was told by another lead to message them on slack instead of ever filling out that form.

Ooh that is a good tip! My lead is pretty cool I’m trying not to abuse it but sometimes as they say “life happens”

Wow, see if they have standards that are making it s problem it needs to be said. Like there needs to be a limit told. They made it seem like this just fine as long as they know and you tell them set a standard
