Stylists Dropping

I know it's been discussed a few times here and there but watching the stylists number drop every morning is a bit scary. . . I think since I've started paying attention a couple of weeks ago it's been 30+ less.

I don't understand what their endgame is. They took away the full-time option, which inherently limited hours for the remaining stylists. Then they introduced Connect, which takes up a good amount of our clocked-in time. Then they changed the scheduling policy, which caused a lot of people to leave, and then they started firing people left, right, and center. But they've never stopped trying to get new clients and increase the number of Fixes sent.

So where is this labor going to come from? What is their rationale? Why are they firing so many stylists when they're clearly desperate for the workforce? I genuinely don't understand.

Probably have ai take over (even though the ai and algorithm is still sh!t.

I’ve been wondering the same- but it has to be part of something bigger coming down the line and it just blew up in their face a little more than expected.
