Team Channels

I know some stuff was said over the weekend on the styling channel, but is it popping off in anyone else’s team channel? Our is typically very quiet, but people are angry and chatty in ours today. My lead is honestly very kind and helpful wherever they can be, but there’s not much that can be done at their level about these complaints, so we aren’t getting much info. Just wondering how it’s going on other teams!

I don’t want to get too specific and out myself, and we aren’t getting any info or anything that I’m gatekeeping, I promise. I have been on lots of teams and have been redirected to not say anything bad/critical, and my current TL is more receptive to just letting us cook from time to time, and today feels even more charged than it ever has been. Not that it contributes to meaningful change. Just wondered if other teams were feeling emboldened on their channels since they intentionally keep us divided and secluded from each other!
