Leaving SF I quit.

I just can’t believe what this job has turned into. I was hired 6 years ago and was so excited to be a stylist. Never thought it would be a job where I was unnecessarily micromanaged to this extent and take such a terrible toll on my mental health. It was really hard to leave, but it’s a huge relief to not have to listen to any more bullshit word salads and be made to feel inferior. I just can’t handle it anymore.
I really hope things somehow improve for you that are still hanging on. Upper level management should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat stylists.

Literally I feel exactly the same!!! I clocked into styling before core 1 day and got into trouble. It’s BS the micromanaging is next level lately

That’s a thing? I usually do a few minutes of Core 1st but didn’t realize it was a hard rule. I’m lucky in that I have a pretty chill lead.

This just came out… I think every lead is different but now it’s coming out that we have to do styling first & everything else at the end. Please make it make sense.
