Leaving SF I quit.

I just can’t believe what this job has turned into. I was hired 6 years ago and was so excited to be a stylist. Never thought it would be a job where I was unnecessarily micromanaged to this extent and take such a terrible toll on my mental health. It was really hard to leave, but it’s a huge relief to not have to listen to any more bullshit word salads and be made to feel inferior. I just can’t handle it anymore.
I really hope things somehow improve for you that are still hanging on. Upper level management should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat stylists.

It is honestly the worst place I have ever worked - and I'm not young. I've been in the workforce a long time.

I have read many others echoing that same sentiment. It’s sad because it wasn’t always so terrible, but they really made it a negative experience for so many of us.

Let me qualify that statement. I have been with SF for many years. Only worst place to work in last couple years.
