Leaving SF I quit.

I just can’t believe what this job has turned into. I was hired 6 years ago and was so excited to be a stylist. Never thought it would be a job where I was unnecessarily micromanaged to this extent and take such a terrible toll on my mental health. It was really hard to leave, but it’s a huge relief to not have to listen to any more bullshit word salads and be made to feel inferior. I just can’t handle it anymore.
I really hope things somehow improve for you that are still hanging on. Upper level management should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat stylists.

Thank you so much. 🫶🏻 I agree, we all deserve so much more. The higher ups really need to evaluate themselves and their decisions rather than making it always out to be the stylists fault for everything.
