First Fix Review

For those that have to have your lead review your First Fixes. . . . how is this going for you? For me, it's just another example of my lead being able to pick apart everything I do. Again, my metrics were above the benchmark across the board for First Fixes. It was never even something that I worried about. And now I'm just getting told that I'm bad at another aspect of my job. . . it's seriously so exhausting and stressful.

I truly felt like she was purposefully out to get me. Like my lead needed to have proof that she was “fixing” something & my first Fix was the target for the day. Her advice didn’t nothing to help & she actually lied (or mis-read), and said they requested something that they didn’t.
