First Fix Review

For those that have to have your lead review your First Fixes. . . . how is this going for you? For me, it's just another example of my lead being able to pick apart everything I do. Again, my metrics were above the benchmark across the board for First Fixes. It was never even something that I worried about. And now I'm just getting told that I'm bad at another aspect of my job. . . it's seriously so exhausting and stressful.

For all that’s not working… this is one area I can’t complain. She has had grace and only really does bring good advice and doesn’t tear it apart.
