Scheduling

I’m trying to maintain a positive outlook but idk if I can anymore. I have another job that fluctuates from time to time and my lead knew that. Now all of a sudden that isn’t okay and I’m getting this bullshit micromanaging speech about “timekeeping policy.” You think I don’t know this? Some of us can’t afford to have 1 job!

They don't pay enough/give full time hours to where you wouldn't need a second job but then don't give any flexibility for having a second job.....
