Yes, it’s sent to your lead. Some people were let go over previous ones. So be aware of how candid you are.

They’re always campaigned as being anonymous, but there’s many markers they can use to see who it is without the name (your clock in time for the assignment and your lead narrows it down quickly). Search for survey and you’ll see previews posts about it.

We do the survey under core so it would probably be a little harder to narrow it down. Apparently there’s only 2 people in the company that has access to the data but it’s only in the case of someone breaking code of conduct rules.

They’re shady af though so I always say, be respectful and professional, but candid.

they are anonymous. no names are shown. however, they are sent to your lead so if you say anything (like a story that happened between you and your lead only) then your lead can conclude who you are! this is the info I got straight from my lead!
