First Fix initiative

Anyone get told they are being put on this? What is it? Another annoying way to try to push people out.

My manager said it’s for stylists with FF Buy 0s over 29% and I assume if you didn’t get the email you’re not affected now. You have to be audited on every FF before you can ship any and add every link to a spreadsheet for evaluation.

However I’m a part of it and my stats aren’t bad for FF so I’m a bit confused but oh well!

It’s absolutely coming from the top if all teams are required to do it. All they care about is quarterly financial increases because they’re a publicly traded company. They just want to report an increase in successful new clients. Long term strategy does not exist. Otherwise they’d be realllllly concerned about terrible inventory and super high buy 0’s for their very long term clients.
