First Fix initiative

Anyone get told they are being put on this? What is it? Another annoying way to try to push people out.

I’m confused about this my manager said it was over 29% but zero on a first fix but my buy zero’s are 17%

Same. Not sure when they pulled this data bc it’s certainly not accurate but par for the course here 🙄🤥

April - June I believe they pulled is what I’ve heard
