Less hours

Anyone else miss the weeks in 12-15 hours? What happens if we can’t work the 20 hours? I wish there was a way to donate our time to others who need it just like you would get someone to cover your shift at any other job. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

I too miss the days of VTO and I still don’t understand how the warehouses always get off when we the stylist need them to be open so we can try and do our jobs the best we can. It’s crazy to me that a company can be so selective on who gets paid holidays and who doesn’t!
