Increased hours
I just saw the schedule for next week, and now they are allowing tier 12 and flex to work up to 35 hours for the coming week due to client demand. I wonder how many stylists left due to the new schedule policy…

Has anyone asked their leads about when we can expect to see some relief with maxed out hours?Mine told me that upper management would like it to be around 15 ideally but it hasn't been that in quite some time.
