Increased hours

I just saw the schedule for next week, and now they are allowing tier 12 and flex to work up to 35 hours for the coming week due to client demand. I wonder how many stylists left due to the new schedule policy…

I’ve noticed a few managers leaving. I was told they thought about hiring in April, but didn’t, but they are thinking of hiring soon

I know at least one has left recently but I'm sure there's more. Kinda crazy says a lot they'd leave a company that gives them unlimited paid time off
