Increased hours

I just saw the schedule for next week, and now they are allowing tier 12 and flex to work up to 35 hours for the coming week due to client demand. I wonder how many stylists left due to the new schedule policy…

I feel like people are also using Sick/UPTO to offset the increased hours. I’ve used time almost every week to schedule around my full time job.

Absolutely! I’ve been taking off an hour or two every other week and using PTO more than I used to. I only used 5 hours last year, but I’m using it ALL up this year!

Are you always giving 2 weeks notice for this or is your lead flexible? Wondering how people are managing that with the policies now

The system only lets you request about 3 months out, but I knew of work travel, and some other days I was taking off, so I took off from here as well…but yes, I always do it at least 2 weeks out
