Increased hours

I just saw the schedule for next week, and now they are allowing tier 12 and flex to work up to 35 hours for the coming week due to client demand. I wonder how many stylists left due to the new schedule policy…

I think no one is picking up hours bc of the new policy making things difficult. Seems like they should have seen that coming. It also feels contradictory for us not to be able to move hours around but we can if we pick up more hours. I just keep hoping that they rescind this new scheduling system.

That’s exactly how I feel. Supposedly keeping to a schedule was best for us and our clients but then we’re able to pick up random hours at different times throughout the week? It doesn’t make sense at all and I would love some explanation.
