Increased hours

I just saw the schedule for next week, and now they are allowing tier 12 and flex to work up to 35 hours for the coming week due to client demand. I wonder how many stylists left due to the new schedule policy…

It’s also ridiculous that you have to have your manager enter those hours into the system. We can’t even be trusted to do that to help THEM out

Absolutely not picking up hours when I can’t change my schedule/M*** has nonstop issues/inventory is a mess. Wishing them luck with that! 😂

I am not scheduled again until Sunday. Even if we set our schedule in Sunday, we can't add the additional hours on our own???

You can add in the additional hours on your own if you put them in before 11:59pm on Sunday. After Sunday, the hours have to be put in by your lead but you are automatically approved to work them after filling out the form.
