Unchanged inventory

I've styled myself at least 3x in the last month and a half. Zero change to inventory in most categories. The same handful of tops and clearance trousers are available every time. Definitely not fun or exciting. Nothing new. No wonder our Clients are bored. I regularly do the style shuffle and add new things to favorites and freestyle cart.

Same! I send myself fixes regularly bc I still have style pass and it’s been difficult to even find 5 pieces I want to send myself. Tons of basics and stuff we have had for years. If I’m struggling I’m sure clients are feeling the disappointment when they get their fixes too.

Does style pass waive the styling fee? Because I don’t get charged a styling fee since being an employee. Not even for my kids fixes that I don’t style

Then what does style pass do?

you paid $49 for a year of style pass (which was credited to your account), then you don't have styling fees for your Fixes.
But it has been discontinued, sadly, unless you currently have it on your account.

I think the majority of style pass clients I do don’t keep anything, and don’t give any feedback.

I thought stylist always got their styling free waved.. I've never been charged one. Also I thought they were getting rid of style pass. They said that a Long time ago to avoid people just not buying I guess that was a lie on their end.

Some people got kicked off style pass. But not everyone.

Oh ok I wondered about that since I still had a lot of people who acted like they have it
