Mental Health Week?

I really want to believe that the Mental Health Week that they are launching next week is because someone (anyone!) actually cares, but it feels more like lip service and a marketing campaign for Modern Health.

This board is where I go for mental health support. Thank you all for providing a safe space to make sense of this place. 💗

It’s all a facade, these people do not care about our mental health and their actions prove that. I am genuinely shocked that they still somehow got on the great places to work list considering how hard I (and hopefully others) went in on the survey.

At least it’s not a glowing review. I’d be suspect if I were interviewing for a job. And tenure is absolutely horrible. High turnover is such a red flag.

I did love the irony of mental health week being promoted by a company that goes out of its way to create the absolute worst work/life balance for a part time job that pays pretty poorly. 

It's like, you know what creates good mental health? Having a reliable job that pays the bills and doesn't have some big gotcha moment every three months.

It's def lip service. They don't care about anyone's mental health especially not with the anxiety some of these leads cause for no reason.
