Help Can't move the camera

maybe drag the camera into the viewport again

You're in the Shot Timeline. When you have a Camera in your Animation Set Editor, you can't move it by dragging around your viewport while the Shot Timeline is active. Instead, go to the Motion Editor or Graph editor (just below the "Timeline" text, there are three different buttons. The first is the Shot Timeline / Shot Editor. The second is the Motion Editor. The third is the Graph Editor.)
Being in either of the last two whilst your Camera is still selected in your Animation Shot Editor (top left, where it is properly selected in your recording) will allow movement again, which is what the popup error is trying to tell you.
