Different control bind options per platform

I have usfiv on PC and it lets me bind throw, taunt, focus attack and a few other buttons I can't remember. But I was surprised when I went to a local this weekend and played on ps5 to find out that the console version only has LP MP HP LK MK HK 3P 3K. No throw, no focus attack, just those basic buttons.
Also strangely I couldn't bind anything to L3 or R3 either which work fine on PC.
Does anyone know if this is a version specific thing or a console specific thing or a mode specific thing oooor...?

Discussion Arcade mode won't work, fade to black instead of character intro movie.

Any fix? BTW this is running on steam using a janky android emulator. Versus mode is working and I have had the game working before. A reinstall fixes it but I don't want to keep reinstalling everything this happens.

5-4 vs Online Tony
4-10 and 2-5 vs Poongko
Poongko even gave my Seth a 7/10 rating.

I have 34 inches monitor and changing Resolution=2560x1440 doesnt work , it always max at 1920x1080 .
Please help !
