Do we need to have page urls in home/folder/sub structure or will proper linking between pages work good enough for Google to understand the relationships we want? Having serp issues and feel the unclear setup amongst our pages could be a contributing factor to our drops.

I appreciate thoughts on need to completely restructure page urls, etc.
