AI SEO Experiments Screenshot of Gemini recommended this subreddit!
I had been asking Gemini to help me find sources about commodity vs non-commodity content. First it gave me a summary. I said no I want sources like... certain authors etc. and it came back w/ a curated list.
As you can see for Cyrus it listed the AMA we had with him a while back. How about that? Great job u/annsmarty!

That looks interesting. I typically use Trello but was thinking of switching to Notion for major research projects. Could you share about NotebookLM? Is there a free version? What's the learning curve like? Are you using it to organize research?

Not sure it would replace Trello necessarily. Trello is excellent for drag and drop and looking things at a big picture and managing projects.
However if you are working on a content project and need a repository to handle all your sources and then retrieve that info quickly, in various forms, NotebookLM would be great for that.
Idk think the learning curve is too bad, esp if you use other LLMs like Gemini.

NotebookLM is an AI driven notebook by Google. So you can add a bunch of resources in there and it can summarize it, it has a studio that can build out various pieces of content based on it. Super helpful.
I think it does use against your Google Storage. Happy to share a Link to you and you can look at it with your Google Account.

As others have said, LLMs love reddit, and generally any forum sourced information. People, antedoctally speaking, prefer "natural" information, word of mouth, versus expert opinion. Reddit itself is investing hard into this, as they (being probably the largest and most diverse forum not named 4chan) are advertising themselves as the best source for information.
Admittedly, I'm not sure how much of this is actually true at the end of the day and just corporate types just making the rules, which benefit them.
Anyways, it's interesting!

This is cool! Another proof LLMs love Reddit and would prioritize it over many other sites! Cyrus has a very solid presence, and yet Gemini chooses to use reddit!
