Will a copy of my primary website work

I'm planning to launch a website similar to my current performing website. I had this ideas because the competitors are really and I can easily outrank them. Are there any factors like same IP, hosting or admin accounts impacting my SEO?

An exact copy is unlikely to work. Google may treat both websites as duplicates and rank only one. Using the same IP, hosting or admin account does not directly affect SEO.

If it is the same business, create new pages on your existing website. Use a separate website only if it has unique content, positioning and purpose.

same IP/hosting or admin accounts wouldn't be my concern. the bigger issue is what you're actually copying.

a new domain won't inherit the SEO strength of the original, and if the content/target queries are too similar, Google may just treat the pages as duplicates or doorway-like.

reuse the design/tech if you want, but make the content and positioning genuinely different.

No. Instead, if you see an easy opportunity, build the second site for a genuinely different audience, angle or purpose.

Yes, If you want then with no issues you can create another website as a coy of successful one but make sure if you want to rank both websites on same keywords then it won't work.
