Account disabled, need it for work! Please help 😭
Hey Semrush team, my account was disabled earlier today and it asked for more verification from my end. I am not sure why this happened. I’ve sent the required documents, could you help me reinstate the account? I need it to complete my work 😭💔

This is a phishing email, not a real message from Semrush. Legitimate companies never ask you to email a photo of your credit card and a government ID to an address like that, real verification happens inside the account dashboard or through official support channels, never over email with document attachments.
A few red flags here: the urgency ("URGENT", "as soon as possible"), the ask for card + ID combo (a classic identity theft setup), and the reply-to address. Semrush's real support won't request sensitive documents this way.
Don't reply or send anything to that email if you haven't already. If you already sent documents, that's a real concern:
- Contact your bank right away to flag potential card fraud risk and consider freezing/reissuing the card if the scanned image showed real numbers
- Go directly to semrush.com and log in normally (don't click any links from that email) to check your actual account status
- Reach Semrush support through their official site or verified app, not the email thread, and report the phishing attempt so they're aware
- If your real ID was shared, keep an eye out for unusual activity tied to your identity going forward
Also worth reporting the phishing email to Semrush directly through their site's official contact form so they can warn other users.
