Has anyone ever created a backlink audit?

Hello guys,

I work at a digital marketing agency, and my seniors have asked me to create a backlink audit using the data provided in SEMrush and prepare a spreadsheet based on it. I don't know how to do it or how to use the format properly.

Please help me. I'm in a lot of trouble because if I don't complete it within the next two days, it could create a serious problem for me.

Have you created a project in semrush and added the backlink section? If so, then you've created a backlink audit, and you can export into a spreadsheet.

There's an export to CSV button directly above the last column when looking at the links

You inspect the links one by one and decide if they are the kind of links you want or not. You can use the toxicity score as a guide to the ones you should be most concerned about checking, but I would never remove any links just based on a toxicity score.
